In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill out the contact form on the Website, including all required personal information. The User must notify Ons Henia EI immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.

Ons Henia EI reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

3. Payments and Fees

Payments for our services are processed through secured third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal..etc) . Ons Henia EI may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies Ons Henia EI otherwise through an email to ons@onshenia.com.

By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or has the cardholder’s express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. Ons Henia EI may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at Ons Henia EI’s sole discretion. Ons Henia EI will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

4. Online Payment Security

Ons Henia EI uses secure third-party Payment Gateways for online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Ons Henia EI or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate, and all transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centres, further protecting your credit card data.

General Refund Process

To initiate a refund for eligible courses or products, please email customer service at ons@onshenia.com.

After we receive your request, we will process it accordingly. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 5 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
